Coffee Directly from our Farms

Our journey begins in the sun-drenched highlands of Minas Gerais, where three generations of the Oliveira family have cultivated coffee with patience and pride. Each cherry is hand-picked at peak ripeness, ensuring only the finest beans make their way to your cup. We work directly with smallholder farmers across Cerrado, Sul de Minas, and Mogiana — paying fair prices and investing in the land that gives us so much.

Coffee is dried and chosen with care

Once harvested, our coffee cherries are spread across open patios beneath the warm Brazilian sun. This natural drying process, passed down through generations, concentrates the sugars and develops the complex flavour profiles that define Casa Brasil. Every batch is carefully sorted and inspected — only the beans that meet our exacting standards continue the journey from cherry to roasted perfection.

Packages done with Love and care

From our family roastery to your doorstep, each bag is sealed with the same devotion that went into growing it. We roast in small batches weekly and pack within days — so the aroma you smell when you tear open the seal is as vivid as the morning it left Brazil. Every package is thoughtfully prepared to preserve freshness and share a little piece of our homeland with the world.
